Hrlife.com offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.
Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. hrlife.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days.
Hrlife.com Shipping Schedule:
All Domestic orders are shipped VIA UPS Ground (3-5 business days) and shipped out next business day. (Please allow 7 business days to receive your order before contacting us.)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can EXCHANGE your order to the warehouse for the same item in a different size. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process

Self Service Return Instructions
Step One: Process Your Exchange
We can print a FREE UPS or USPS domestic shipping label right here! Here's what you need to do:

Step Two: Your Item's Original Packaging
- The original packaging can be used to return for exchanges Products must be returned in the original shoe box and/or packaging. If for any reason you do not have the original packaging, You will have to provide a new box to return them in.
Step Three: Your Shipping Box
- You can use your original box or bag you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
- If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
- Attach your new return label that we have sent to you to the shipping box.
- UPS Labels: If you chose to print a UPS return label, tape your UPS return label to your box, then drop it off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. PLEASE DO NOT USE A UPS DROP BOX - you must drop off your return at a UPS Service Center - thank you! Find the UPS Service Center Nearest to You.
- US (Postal Service) Labels: If you chose to print a US (Postal Service) return label, you can either drop it off at your nearest post office or hand it to your USPS mail carrier.
With Hrlife.com's 30 day exchange policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
Exchange With hrlife.com - It's Easy:
- You can exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Exchange shipping is absolutely FREE.
- You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.*
- Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
